Reception from 9 am to 12 pm and from 3 pm to 7 pm, outdoor pool of 17x9 m with integrated children’s pool divided by barrier, equipped with sunlounger and parasols, Jacuzzi, rooftop terrace with barbecue area, car park, free Wi-Fi, e-car charging station, fitness area, coin-operated washing machines and tumble dryer in the common areas.
Pets not allowed.
Apartments
Brand new building boasting modern and elegant apartments with safe, air conditioning, heating, sat TV (in living room and double bedroom), dishwasher, kitchen with electric cooker and Wi-Fi. All apartments come with a balcony or terrace, equipped with a table and chairs.
Check-In and Check-Out
Key collection at: Residenza Olivo Via Don Gnocchi, 111 - 37016 Garda. Check in: from 4 pm to 7 pm. Check out: until 10 am. Any arrival times different from the ones stated above, must be communicated in advance, calling the following phone number 1 day before the arrival: (+39) 045 6270 879. In this way the staff can arrange the check-in in a proper way.

For stays of 4 nights or more, a tour with the “San Nicolò” sailing boat is included in the price (1 experience per person/ stay from May to September).
